Terms and Conditions


1. Membership Inclusions


Your membership includes up to 9 hours per quarter of general handyman services, delivered on a flexible-use basis. These hours can be used at your discretion throughout the quarter. Materials used by a handyman within these hours are at the owners expense.


2. Additional Handyman Services


Once your included hours are used, any additional handyman work will be billed at the handyman's standard hourly rate, plus Nestas 12% management fee. This additional work will still be coordinated and managed by Nesta for your convenience.


3. Trade Services


Nesta facilitates access to qualified, local trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers) on your behalf.
An 12% management fee is added to all third-party trade invoices to cover administration and coordination.


4. Payments & Billing


Memberships are billed quarterly in advance. Additional handyman hours and any third-party trade services will be invoiced separately. Invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late payments may result in paused service access and additional fees.


5. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling


All service bookings must be made via phone or email, directly with our team. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.


6. Liability Disclaimer


Nesta coordinates and manages services using trusted independent contractors. We are not liable for any property damage, loss, or personal injury caused by service providers, including handymen and trades. We recommend you maintain suitable home insurance.


7. Insurance


Nesta maintains public liability insurance relevant to our role as a service coordinator. Independent contractors we work with are also required to carry relevant insurances.


8. Termination


Either party may terminate the membership with 30 days’ written notice. Any unused included hours will be forfeited at termination. Outstanding invoices remain payable.


9. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in Queensland courts.
